I have received the following question from one of the readers of my blog:

I am not sure how much you have noticed, but in the West, there is a campaign to undermine your personal credentials as an ‘Alim (Scholar). The all-too-common tactic of attacking the ‘messenger’ rather than the message itself is being employed in these campaigns.
We want to be able to refute any false claims against you and support all of your works, wholeheartedly. Can you please provide us information regarding the Shuyukh (Scholars) that you have learned under in the past, and who you may be currently learning under? As well as the source of your ‘ijaza, etc. This will be very important in refuting any slanderous attacks against your credibility. (End of Question)
I have received this question in various forms and the frequency of it increased lately. Here is my response: Alhamdulillah I have had the chance to experience the various methods of gaining Islamic knowledge through studying directly under Shuyukh in their general circles or privately. I have experienced the regular academic method of university study, studying by correspondence, and studying directly from books.
STUDYING UNDER SHUYUKH IN THEIR GENERAL CIRCLES:
I have attended the circles of the scholars of Makkah and Madina for a combined period of a few months and for a short while attended the circle of Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen.
STUDYING UNDER SHUYUKH PRIVATELY:
In addition to an ijaza in Quran recitation according to the recitation of Hafs, I have read and completed Sahih al Bukhari with Shaykh AbdulRahman Shumailah al Ahdal and he has given me ijazah to narrate Sahih al Bukhari from him through three high isnaads, one of them being the highest existing isnaad in the world. The other two he has received from his Shuyukh in Makkah.
I have also read and completed Sahih Muslim and al Muwata by Imam Malik with Shaykh AbdulRahman and he has given me ijazah on both books.
I have studied al Minhaaj by Imaam Nawawi on Shafi fiqh with Shaykh AbdulRahman al Ahdal and Shaykh Hamud al Ahdal and received ijaza from both of them.
The above mentioned Shuyukh have also given me ijazah to narrate through their isnaad the six books of Hadith, al Adhkaar by Imaam Nawawi, al Shifa by Qadhi Iyaad, and some other books in Shafi fiqh.
I have studied, traveled and lived with Shaykh Hassan al Ahdal and it was through him that I got to study with other scholars from this blessed family of scholars who are descendants of al Hussain bin Ali may Allah be pleased with them. They are based in al Marawa’ah in Tihama which is in the Western part of Yemen on the coast of the Red Sea and this is the land of the Sahabi Abu Musa al Ash’ari. He has given me a general ijaza in the six books of hadith, Buloogh al Maraam by Ibn Hajjar al Asqalani, Umdat al Ahkaam by al Maqdisi, al Minhaaj by al Nawawi, al Ghaya wal Taqreeb by Abu Shuja, and al Waraqaat by al Juwaini.
I have spent a short time with Shaykh Salman al Odah.
I have benefited considerably from the scholars I met in the US during the 90’s, a time in which there was a great influx of scholars in America.
And last but not least, I have benefited and continue to benefit from the Shaykh whom I trust his deen and know him to be a scholar who does not fear in the sake of Allah and is willing to stand up for the truth, Shaykh Hussein bin Mahfoodh. He is a friend whose relationship with me extends over the years. Until this day, I consult with him on the various important aspects of Sharia that I am presented with and I have continued to benefit from his knowledge and wisdom over the years. I have accompanied him and traveled with him and consider him to be one of the best scholars that I have come to know.
REGULAR ACADEMIC UNIVERSITY STUDY:
In 2002 I was given permission from the administration of the University of Eman in Yemen to attend any class at any level and I took advantage of this and attended classes in Tafsir and Fiqh for a period of a few months. I have also benefited from the teachings of Shaykh Abdul Majid al Zindani the Rector of the University.
STUDYING SHARIA BY CORRESPONDENCE:
I studied for two years through correspondence with the Islamic university in France. I lost interest and discontinued my studies with them because I reached the conclusion that it was not a proper method of disseminating Islamic knowledge. This was in the mid 90’s so things must have changed now in the field of correspondence study due to advances in technology.
STUDYING FROM BOOKS:
After receiving the basics from the scholars and the keys of knowledge, learning from books is a lifelong practice of the seeker of knowledge.
In addition to the ijaza’s I have mentioned above I have a general ijaza in Quran, Sciences of Quran, Hadith, Sciences of Hadith, Tafsir , Fiqh, Usool Fiqh and Arabic from:

Shaykh Hussein bin Mahfoodh
Shaykh AbdulRahman Shumailah al Ahdal

:::WHY ARE MURJI’AH THE JEWS OF THIS UMMAH?:::
In the name of Allah the most beneficent the most merciful.
Imãm Sa’eed bn Jubayr (rahimahulloh) said:
“The Murji’ah are the Jews of the Qiblah” i.e. Amongst Muslims.
[Ibn Battah p. 168]
Muhammad bn Muslim said, Abu Ja’afar Muhammad bn Ali bn Husayn said:
“Night and Day are not as similar as much as the Murji’ah are to the Jews” i.e. They are very similar.
[reported by Imãm Lãlikãi 5/1064]
And that is not for any other reason except that the Murji’ah equated things that are nullifiers of Islam and things that are Kufr in itself with things that are major sins (Kufr dûna Kufr) which will not make its doer stay in hell for eternity.
The Jews used to say:
“The Fire will not burn us except for a few days” [Sûratul-Baqarah ãyah 80]
And the Jews say:
“They choose the pleasures (evils) of this low life saying, ‘we would be forgiven’.” [Sûratul-A’arãf ãyah 169]
i.e. They say that all these evils are sins whereas some are open Kufr and Shirk.
So, consider this statement of Allah about the Jews:
“Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the Scripture? They are being invited to the Book of Allah to settle their dispute, then, a party of them turns away and they reject. This is because they say that the Fire will not burn us except for a few days and their Bid’ah (what they use to innovate) deceived them.
[Sûratu Al-Imrãn ãyah 23-24]
Now, compare them with the Murji’ah of today in the following ways:
1. They are also bestowed with little Knowledge and indeed a few of their leaders are knowledgeable.
2. We also call them to the implementation of Sharee’ah to settle our disputes and rule the masses.
3. They also turn away and reject it outrightly using so many excuses like:
a. Its not yet time;
b. It will cause so many inconvenience;
c. The cost outweighs the beneifit;
d. Let all the Muslims obey the personal Sharee’ah first;
e. It will affect the economy.
Instead, they are ready to work with Kuffaar and report fellow Muslims to Kuffaar.
They also say that the fire of Jahannam will only burn them for a few days i.e. They claim that what they are doing of ruling with man-made laws, giving loyalty to Kuffaar and killing “troublesome” Muslims are just sins which will be overlooked by Allah or at least cause them to burn in hell fire for just a few days but never will it cause them to reside in hell fire for eternity since according to them, it is not Kufr akbar.
Just like the Jews, they have also been deceived by their Bid’ah. Their Bid’ah is that they equate between Kufr and Sins.
They say that:
1. Legislating Man-made Laws = Injustice during Judgement.
2. A ruler declaring Interest to be permissible for the citizens = A man shaving his beards.
3. Killing a man for preaching Tawheed = Killing a man to marry his wife
4. Interfaith Dialogue = Comparative Religious Debate.
5. Permanent Peace Deal / Reconciliation / Unity with Kuffaar = Ceasefire / Truce.
6. Democracy = Sinful Shûra (Agreement).
7. Punishing a Muslim for doing a Compulsory Jihad = Father beating his son for sitting on the Floor.
In all the above, they have equated Kufr with Sins and they have lost and mislead others.
Nadar bn Shameel said: I entered upon Al-Ma’mûn …and he said: Good morning O Nadar and I said Good morning, then, he said: What is Irjã’? I said: A religion that suits the kings, they gain the world through it and lose their religion through it. He then said:
You have spoken the truth.

May Allah protect us from deviations and preserve us upon the Manhaj of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaa’ah based on the understanding of the companions.

WHAT IS THE RULING ON BOYCOTTING THE ISRAELI STATE, THE AMERICANS AND OTHER ENEMIES OF ISLAM? (translation below Arabic text)
ما حكم مقاطعة دولة إسرائيل والأمريكان وأعداء الإسلام أخرى؟
⬅ الإجابة عند المبتدعين المنتسبين إلى الإسلام (وقد ينتسب بعضهم إلى الصوفية أو السلفية زورا):
لا يجوز مقاطعة أعداء الإسلام البتة لأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يقاطعهم عندما ساكنهم في المدينة النبوية.

⬅الإجابة عند الإخوانيين أتباع تي أم سي وبعض الحركيين:
يجوز مقاطعة أعداء الإسلام مقاطعة إقتصادية فقط، وأي سلعة تم الإتفاق بمقاطعتها من قبل جماعتنا، تلزم جميع المسلمين وإلا فهم آثمون.

⬅الإجابة عند أهل السنة والجماعة أصحاب المنهج السلفية:
بل يجب مقاطعة أعداء الإسلام إعتقادا ومنهجا ومسلكا وعدم تقاربهم أو مساكنتهم أو تشابه بهم، ويجب جهادهم وقتالهم حتى لا تكون فتنة ويكون الدين كله لله. إستدلالا بقول الله عز وجل:
“يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا آبَاءَكُمْ وَإِخْوَانَكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ إِنِ اسْتَحَبُّوا الْكُفْرَ عَلَى الْإِيمَانِ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ”
“قُلْ إِن كَانَ آبَاؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَاؤُكُمْ وَإِخْوَانُكُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُكُمْ وَعَشِيرَتُكُمْ وَأَمْوَالٌ اقْتَرَفْتُمُوهَا وَتِجَارَةٌ تَخْشَوْنَ كَسَادَهَا وَمَسَاكِنُ تَرْضَوْنَهَا أَحَبَّ إِلَيْكُم مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَجِهَادٍ فِي سَبِيلِهِ فَتَرَبَّصُوا حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَ اللَّهُ بِأَمْرِهِ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَاسِقِينَ”
[سورة التوبة آية ٢٣-٢٤]
أما مقاطعة أعداء الله إقتصادية فيجوز إذا كانو محاربين لدين الله ورسوله إستدلالا بقول الله عز وجل:
“مَا قَطَعْتُم مِّن لِّينَةٍ أَوْ تَرَكْتُمُوهَا قَائِمَةً عَلَىٰ أُصُولِهَا فَبِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ وَلِيُخْزِيَ الْفَاسِقِينَ”
[سورة الحشر آية ٥]
وبحديث ثمامة ﺑﻦ ﺃﺛﺎﻝ (البخاري #٤١١٤) ﻭﻗﺪ ﺟﺎﺀﺕ ﻗﺼﺘﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺮ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻐﺎﺯﻱ ، ﺫﻛﺮﻫﺎ ﺍﺑﻦ ﺇﺳﺤﺎﻕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺮﺓ ﻭﺍﺑﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺯﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻐﺎﺯﻱ ﻭﻣﺴﻠﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺩ ، ﻭﻗﺼﺘﻪ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻓﺘﺢ ﻣﻜﺔ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺃﺳﻠﻢ ﺛﻢ ﻗﺪﻡ ﻣﻜﺔ ﻣﻌﺘﻤﺮﺍ ﻭﺑﻌﺪ ﻋﻤﺮﺗﻪ ﺃﻋﻠﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﻃﻌﺔ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻟﻘﺮﻳﺶ ﻗﺎﺋﻼ : “ﻻ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻻ ﺗﺄﺗﻴﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻴﻤﺎﻣﺔ ﺣﺒﺔ ﺣﻨﻄﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﺄﺫﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ” ( ﻭﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺍﻟﻴﻤﺎﻣﺔ ﺭﻳﻒ ﻣﻜﺔ ) ﺛﻢ ﺧﺮﺝ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻴﻤﺎﻣﺔ ﻓﻤﻨﻊ ﻗﻮﻣﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺤﻤﻠﻮﺍ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﻜﺔ ﺷﻴﺌﺎ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺟﻬﺪﺕ ﻗﺮﻳﺶ ، ﻭﻗﺪ ﺃﻗﺮﻩ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻮﻝ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﻃﻌﺔ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﻫﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﻗﺒﻪ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻪ.
فأي سلعة تم مقاطعتها من قبل شخص أو جماعة من المسلمين أو أمير دولة فلا يلزم المسلمين جميعا سوى من تحت سلطة الشخص أو الجماعة أو الأمير، اللهم إلا إذا كان الإعلان من خليفة المسلمين فيلزم جميع المسلمين من ربوع العالم حتى من لا يعيش تحت سلطة الخلافة، كل هذا مستدل بالتالي:
حديث ثمامة بن أثال حيث قال لأهل مكة: “ﻭﻻ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻻ ﻳﺄﺗﻴﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻴﻤﺎﻣﺔ ﺣﺒﺔ ﺣﻨﻄﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﺄﺫﻥ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ وسلم [ﺻﺤﻴﺢ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ » ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﻐﺎﺯﻱ » ﺑﺎﺏ ﻭﻓﺪ ﺑﻨﻲ ﺣﻨﻴﻔﺔ ﻭﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺛﻤﺎﻣﺔ ﺑﻦ ﺃﺛﺎﻝ #٤١١٤]
فلم يلزم جميع المسلمين إلا أهل اليمامة.
وقول الله عز وجل:
“يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا”
[سورة النساء آية ٥٩]
مصدر الجواب: قال الله، قال الرسول، وأجمع الصحابة.
*التنبيه:* مثل هذه القضية يجب رفعها إلى الخليفة، أمير المؤمنين حتى يستنبطه أصحاب الخبرة من أولي الأمر ويعرفوا الموقف المصلحة أو يصدروا قرارا في شأنه. ولا يجوز التسرع والخوض في أمثال هذه القضية (مقاطعة الإقتصادية) بل على الشباب أن يتسرعوا في تعلم التوحيد والسنة وأن يتاسابقوا في الجهاد ضد المشركين والمنافقين والمبتدعين. قال تعالى:
” وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِّنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُوا بِهِ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَىٰ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لَاتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا”
[سورة النساء آية ٨٣]
ندعو الله أن يصلح أحوال المسلمين ويصلح لنا ولاة أمورنا وأن يحفظهم من كل شر وأن ينصر خليفة المسلمين وجنوده في معركة الموصل القادمة.

➡ Response of the people of Bid’ah (some of them claim to be Sufi, or falsely claim to be Salafi):
It is not permissible at all to boycott the enemies of Islam because the messenger of Allah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him also did not boycott them when he lived with them in Madinah.

➡ Response of the Ikhwanees, followers of TMC and other Harakees:
It is permissible to boycott the enemies of Islam in an economic boycott only (e.g. Coca Cola and other food items) and any item which our group has announced as boycotted, it becomes binding on all Muslims else, they are sinning.

➡ Response of Ahlu Sunnah wall Jamaa’ah, followers of the Salafi Manhaj:
It is obligatory to boycott the enemies of Islam in their beliefs, methodology, and behaviour and never to seek familiarity with them or live together with them or imitate them and it is obligatory to wage Jihad against them and fight them till there is no more turmoil (Shirk) and the religion is totally for Allah alone. Evidence is the statement of Allah:
O you who believe! do not take your fathers and your brothers as friends or allies if they love unbelief more than belief; and whoever of you takes them for a friend or ally, those are the unjust.
Say: If your fathers and your sons and your brethren and your spouses and your kinsfolk and property which you have acquired, and the liquidation of trade which you fear and dwellings which you like, are dearer to you than Allah and His Apostle and Jihad in his way, then wait till Allah brings about his command: and Allah does not guide the transgressing people.
[Suratu tawbah ayah 23-24]
As for economic boycott of the enemies of Allah, this is permissible when they are in a state of war with the Muslims.
Evidence is the statement of Allah:
“Whatever palm-tree you cut down or leave standing upon its roots, It is by Allah’s command, and that He may abase the transgressors.”
[Suratul Hashr ayah 5]
And the hadith of Thumama bin Uthaal al-Hanafi, may Allah be pleased with him, his story was narrated in Siyar and Maghazi, mentioned by Ibn Ishaq in As-Seerah, by Ibnl-Qayyim in Zaadul-Ma’ãd, by Bukhari in Maghazi and by Muslim in Al-Jihad, and his story was before the conquest of Makkah, when he accepted Islam, he proceeded to Makkah to perform Umrah, after Umrah, he announced an economic boycott against the Quraysh saying:
“No! By Allah! Not a single grain of wheat will come to you from Al-Yamamah until it is authorized by the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him” [#4114]
And Yamamah was a countryside of Makkah then, he went out to Al- Yamamah where he prevented his people from exporting anything to Makkah until Quraysh was starved, this economic boycott was approved by the messenger, peace be upon him and this action became one of the excellent virtues of the companion may Allah be pleased with him.
Therefore, when any item is being boycotted by an individual, a group of Muslims, or the leader of a country, it does not become binding on the entire Muslims except those under the control of the Individual, group or leader except if the announcement is from the Khaleefah of the Muslims then it becomes binding upon all the Muslims from the four corners of the world to obey even if they do not live under the direct control of the Khaleefah, all this is based on the following evidence:
Hadith of thumaamah bn Uthaal: “No! By Allah! Not a single grain of wheat will come to you from Al-Yamamah until it is authorized by the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him” [#4114]
His announcement was not binding on all Muslims except the people of Yamaamah.
and the statement of Allah:
“O you who believe! obey Allah and obey the Apostle and those in authority from among you; then if you quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah and the Apostle, if you believe in Allah and the last day; this is better and very good in the end.”
[Surah An-Nisa, ayah 59]

Issues like this should be left for the Khaleefah who is the leader of all Muslims, so that the experts among the leaders of the affairs of the Muslims will investigate the matter and identify the position that suits public interest or issue an announcement in that regard. And it is not permissible to rush towards or speak about issues like this (economic boycott) rather, what is obligatory on the youths is to rush to learn tawheed, the Sunnah and to compete in waging Jihad against the idol worshippers, hypocrites and innovators.
Allah the most high said:
“And when there comes to them news of security or fear they spread it abroad; and if they had referred it to the messenger and to those in authority among them, those among them who can search out the knowledge of it would have known it, and were it not for the grace of Allah upon you and His mercy, you would have certainly followed the Shaytan save a few.”
[Surah An-Nisa, ayah 83]
We pray Allah rectifies the affairs of the Muslims and rectifies the affairs of the people of authority and protect them from all evils and we pray Allah assists the Khaleefah of the Muslims and his army in the coming battle of Mosul.
And peace and blessings be upon the noblest of mankind, prophet Muhammad, his household, companions and those who follow their footsteps until the day of resurrection.
Explanation of the Kalimah (Word) of Tawheed
Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhaab (may Allah have mercy upon him)
All praise is due to Allah, may His praise and blessings be upon His Prophet.
Sheikh Muhammad (may Allah have mercy upon him) was asked about the meaning of “Laa ilaaha ill Allah,” so he answered by saying:
Know, may Allah have mercy upon you, that this statement is the distinction between Kufr (disbelieve) and Islam. It is the statement of taqwaa and the firmest handhold, as was made by Ibraaheem (alaihis salaam):
“And he made it [i.e. Laa ilaaha ill-Allah] a Word lasting among his offspring, that they may turn back (i.e. to repent to Allah or receive admonition).” [Suratu Zukhruf (43) ayah 28]
However, what is intended here is not just speech upon the tongue while being ignorant about its meaning. For verily the hypocrites say “Laa ilaaha illa Allah”, pray and give charity but they will be below the disbelievers in the lowest part of the Hell-Fire. Rather, what is intended is to say the statement while having recognition of it in the heart, loving it and its people and having hatred and enmity to whatever or whoever opposes it, as the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
‘Whoever says Laa ilaaha ill Allah sincerely…” in another narration: “sincerely from his heart…, in another narration: ‘Truthfully from his heart. . .”, and in another hadeeth: “Whoever says Laa ilaaha illa Allah and disbelieves in all that is worshipped besides Allah…”, as well as many other ahadeeth which indicate that most people are ignorant of this testimony.
So know that this statement contains a negation and an affirmation. Negation of worship to other than Allah from the creation, even to Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and Jibreel and moreso others from the awliyaa and the righteous people. So when you have understood this, then contemplate the Uluhiyyah (servitude), which Allah has affirmed for Himself and negated for Muhammad (sallallahu aliahi wasallam) and Jibreel, to such an extent that they do not even have an atom’s weight of share in it.
Know that this Uluhiyyah is what the common people of our time have termed the ‘secret’ and ‘wilaayah’ (allegiance). The meaning of ‘ilaah’ (according to them) is the ‘wali’, who possess the secret (of the unseen) and he is the one they call al-faqeer, Shaikh and Sayyid etc. This is because they think that Allah is pleased with giving some of His creation a status whereby a person resorts to them with hope, seeking aid from them and making them intermediaries between himself and Allah. So the Mushrikeen (Idol Worshippers) in our time claim that these saints are their intermediaries, and they call them ‘al-awaloon a1-aalihah’ (the foremost deities) because according to them an intermediary is an ‘ilaah’ (deity).
However, when a person says Laa ilaaha ill Allah, then this negates their intermediaries and in order to have a complete understanding of this, you must know the following two issues:
The ﬁrst: that you know that those Kuffaar whom the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu aliahi wasallam) fought, killed, captured their wealth and permitted taking of their wives, used to afﬁrm tawheed-ar-Rububiyyah for Allah, which is that none creates, sustains, gives life, brings about death and manages the affairs except Allah alone, as He, the Most High says:
“Say: ‘Who provides for you from the sky and from the earth? Or who owns hearing and sight? And who brings out the living from the dead and brings out the dead from the living? And who disposes the affairs?” They will say: ‘Allah.” Say: ‘Will you not then be afraid of Allah’s Punishment (for setting up rivals in worship with Allah)?”’ [Suratu Yunus (10) ayah 31]
This is a great and important principle, since the Kuffaar used to affirm and accept all of the above but despite that, it did not cause their blood or wealth to be unlawful. They also gave charity and abandoned the prohibited acts due to fear of Allah (the One free from all imperfections, the Most High), but:
The second issue is: that which caused them to be disbelievers and caused their blood and wealth to be permissible was the fact that they did not affirm tawheed-al-uluhiyyah for Allah, which is to supplicate and hope in Allah alone without any partners; and not to seek help, sacrifice and vow to anyone other than him, neither an angel brought near nor a prophet sent, for whoever does that has disbelieved.
The completion of this is to know that the Mushrikeen (Idol Worshippers) whom the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) fought used to call upon the righteous like the angels, Eesaa (Jesus) alayhi salaam, Uzair (Ezra) and other awliyaa and this was the reason for their disbelief, despite their affirmation of the fact that Allah is the Creator, Sustainer and Disposer of all the affairs.
When you know this, then you will understand the meaning of Laa ilaaha ill Allah and you will understand that the one who calls upon a prophet or an angel or places his trust in them or seeks help from them, has left the fold of Islam. This is the Kufr for which the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) fought the Kuffaar. So if one of the Mushrikeen (Idol Worshippers) were to say: “We know that Allah is the Creator, Sustainer and Disposer, however these righteous people (e.g Jesus, Muhammad, Niyas, Ogun, Sango etc) may be close to Allah, so we supplicate, vow, seek help and approach them, because we need them for influence and intercession. Otherwise we understand that Allah is the Creator and Disposer.”
Then say to them: “This saying of yours is the madhab (way or path) of Abu-Jahl and his likes, since they used to call upon Eesaa (Jesus) alaihis salaam, Uzair, the angels and the awliyaa while intending the same thing. As He, the Most High, said:
“Surely, the religion is for Allah only. And those who take awliyaa (protectors and helpers) besides Him say: ‘We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah.” Verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever.” [Suratu Zumar (39) ayah 3]
“And they worship besides Allah things that hurt them not, nor profit them, and they say: ‘These are our intercessors with Allah.”Say: ‘Do you inform Allah of that which He knows not in the heavens and on the earth?”Glorified and Exalted be He above all that which they associate as partners with Him!” [Suratu Yunus (10) ayah 18]
So when you fully contemplate this and you recognize that the Kuffaar afﬁrmed tawheed ar—rububiyyah for Allah, while they called upon Eesaa (Jesus) alaihis salaam, the angels and the awliyaa for nearness and intercession with Allah and that they, particularly the Christians, have amongst them people who perform acts of worship night and day, abstain from the world, give in charity all their worldly possessions while living in seclusion from the people in monasteries, but despite this they are disbelievers, enemies of Allah, eternally in the Fire due to their belief in Eesaa (Jesus) alaihis salaam and other awliyaa whom they call upon, sacriﬁce and vow for.
So when you understand all this then the description of Islam and the call of your Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) will become clear and you will realize that many people are detached from it. And you will clearly understand the meaning of his saying: “Islam began as a stranger and it will return as a stranger as it began.” [Muslim]
So by Allah, O my brothers, cling to the foundation of your deen, the first and the last of it, its foundation and its head: the testimony that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah. Know its meaning, love its people and make them your brothers even if they are far away. And disbelieve in the tawaagheet (leaders of Kufr), have enmity towards them and hate those who love them, argue on their behalf and do not disbelieve in them or say: “I have nothing against them” or say: “Allah has not made me responsible for them.” Then verily, they have forged a lie against Allah, since Allah has made them responsible and obligated them to disbelieve in the tawaagheet and dissociate themselves from them, even if they are their brothers or children. So by Allah, cling to this in order that you may meet your Lord without associating anything with Him.
O Allah cause us to die as Muslims and join us with the righteous.
And we ﬁnish our discussion with an ayah mentioned by Allah in His Book, which will clarify to you that the Kufr of the Mushrikeen (Idol Worshippers) of our time is more severe than the Kufr of those whom the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) fought. Allah, the Most High, says:
“And when harm touches you upon the sea, those that you call upon besides him vanish from you except him (Allah Alone). But when He brings you safely to land, you turn away (from Him). And man is ever ungrateful.” [al-Israa’ (17) ayah 67]
So you have heard that Allah (the One free from all imperfections, the Most High) has mentioned that when the Kuffaar were in distress they would abandon their leaders and scholars and not seek help through them. Rather, they showed sincerity to Allah alone, without associating any partners and sought aid from Him alone. However when relief and ease came, they would commit shirk again.
You can see that when the Mushrikeen (Idol Worshippers) of our times, some of whom claim to be people of knowledge, possessing zuhd (asceticism) and striving hard, are in distress they begin to seek help from other than Allah like Maroof or Abdul Qaadir Jelaani or those greater than them like, Zayd bin al-Khattaab and az-Zubair or those who are greater than them like the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), and help is sought from Allah. And more severe and disastrous than this is the fact that they seek help from the tawaagheet: the disbelievers and the apostates like Shamsaan, Idrees (also called al-Ashqar), Yusuf and their likes.
And Allah (the One free from all imperfections, the Most High) knows best and praise be to Him in the beginning and the end and May peace and blessings of Allah be upon the best of creation, Muhammad, his family and his Companions.

And it is not possible for them to reclaim it except with the name of Islam on what the prophet (peace be upon him) and his companions were upon. Just as Almighty Allah said:
“To Allah belongs the Land, he grants it to whomever he wishes among his slaves and the good end is for the pious ones”
[Sûratul A’arãf ãyah 128]
And no matter how the Arabs try, no matter how much they fill the world with slogans and protests, they can never be successful until they call to the expulsion of the Jews under the name of the religion of Islam, after which they have already applied Islam upon themselves, if they should do this, they will achieve what the prophet peace be upon him informed them that:
“The Last hour will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews and the Muslims will Kill them until each Jew will hide behind stone and rock and the stone or rock will say: O Muslim! O Slave of Allah! There is a Jew behind me, come and Kill him”
[Muslim #2922 Kitãbul fitan]
The stone or tree will lead the Muslims to the Jews saying: “O Slave of Allah” -with the name of servitude to Allah- and it will say: “O Muslim” -with the name of Islam- and the prophet said: “The Muslims will fight the Jews” and he did not say ‘the Arabs’
That is why I do say that we can never eliminate the Jews under the name of Arab nationalism never! We will never eliminate them except under the banner of Islam and whoever wishes, let him read the statement of Allah:
“And indeed we have written in Az-Zabûr (all revealed books) after Adh-dhikr (Book in the heavens) that the land shall be inherited by my righteous servants”
[Sûratul Anbiyã’ ãyah 105]
So, he granted inheritance to his righteous servants and whatever is attached to a quality is found with the presence of the quality and disappears with the absence of that quality. So, if the righteous servants are granted it with ease and comfort, and without all these suffering, hardship, calamity, and never ending talks, we can only have access to it with the help of Allah and by Allah’s decree on us, and how easy is that for Allah!
And we know that the Muslims did not control Palestine during the golden era of Islam except through their Islam and they did not conquer the capital of Persia nor the capital of Rome except through Islam. For this reason, let our youths embrace the full understanding that it is not possible to have an absolute victory except through the authentic Islam -not the Islam of mere Identity Card.
And I say, the knowledge belongs to Allah, it is not possible to reclaim Shãm especially Palestine except through the same way it was conquered in the early days of this Ummah with a leadership like the leadership of Umar bn Khattaab may Allah be pleased with him and an army like the army of Umar bn Khattaab may Allah be pleased with him, they will not fight except to make the word of Allah the most high. If this should happen to the Muslims, then they can fight the Jews until the Jew will hide behind the tree and the tree will call out:
O Muslim! O Slave of Allah! Here is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.
However, as long as people continue to see this conflict between us and the Jews as a national or ethnic strife, we would never be successful because Allah does not help except those who help him, just as Allah said:
“Surely, Allah will help those who help him, surely Allah is powerful and mighty. Those whom if we establish them on the land, they establish the Prayer, give the Zakaah, command what is good and forbid what is bad and to Allah returns all affairs”
[Sûratul-Hajj ãyah 40-41]
If we are to look at the onset of this Ummah, we see that it became victorious on the basis of Tawheed, sincerity to Allah, following the messenger of Allah peace be upon him, avoiding nonsense issues, bad habits, obscenity, evil, and imitating the enemies.
The problem now is that there are some of the people who think that imitating the Kuffar is a glory and they think that returning to what the prophet peace be upon him and his companions were upon is backwardness, just like what the early ones said:
“and when they see them, they say, those ones are misguided”
[Sûratul Muttafifeen ãyah 32]
It is therefore obligatory on us O my brothers that we return to read and ponder on what has passed since the onset of this Ummah so that we may uphold what they upheld, -servitude- then, we might be granted victory.
And I say and repeat:
It is obligatory on us to beware of the evils of our souls and the evils of the Kuffar, the Munaafiqûn and their followers, and we pray to Allah to grant you and us victory in this religion and help us with it and help it with us and make us among his friends and his party, he is indeed generous.

What is the ruling on placing the two arms on the chest in prayer after bowing?
Is it an emphasized Sunnah?

Praise be to Allah and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. Brother the questioner, there are some of the Scholars who say it is part of the Sunnah to put your hands on the chest after rising from Rukû’ one of them is Sheikh Badeeu deen As-Sanadi and he has a nice risãlah published under the title “Ziyãdatul Khushû’ bi wad’il yadayn fil qiyãmi ba’ada rukû'” (increasing reverence by folding arms while standing after Rukû’), one of them also is Shaykh Ibn Baaz in the risãlah “Ayna yadaul musolli yadayhi ba’ada raf’i mina rukû’ (where does the praying muslim put his hands after rising from Rukû’ ) and from him that idea has spread in the two Holy mosques and the Peninsula, and Sheikh Sayed bin Saadudeen Al-Ghabãshy in “Hadyu khayril anãm fi wad’il yumna alal yusra fil qiyãm” (the guidance of the best of creatures in placing the right hand on the left while standing).
And some of them added to that (that it is sunnah) to point the index finger during the sitting between the two prostrations using the same inferences about the addition in the hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad from Wãel Bn Hajar with an authentic chain.
However, I asked Shaykh al- Albani about it a long time ago and he declared the hadith to be Shãdh, and I used to be one of those who adopts that position initially so, I place my hands on my chest after rising from Rukû’ and point with my finger during the sitting between the two prostrations in each raka’ah after being influenced by those Scholars, then I later abandoned that position after being affected by the evidence of Shaykh al-Albani the day I visited him and prayed with him at his home so, he saw me doing that and he reviewed the evidence of those who say so and he refuted it, and then I mentioned to him the hadith of Wael Bn Hajar about pointing the finger during the sitting between the two prostrations
and he was not aware of it so, he ordered for the Musnad and he observed it and stated that although the Isnad is authentic but, all the narrations about Salah which were all narrated by Wãel bn Hajar, did not contain this additional statement he therefore declared the defect in it to be Shudhûdh (Anomaly), and he blamed that on Sufyan. After this sitting, I stopped doing it because the arguments of those who say it now appears to me to be weak; they are just generalizations and analogies that lack any explicit and authentic hadith particularly on this matter; I mean the subject of placing the hands on the chest after Rukû’, and it is known that the activities of Salah are part of what has been narrated to us by the companions explicitly and accurately because it was done often in front of their eyes, It is therefore unreasonable that they lose sight of this posture and not specifically narrate it to us until it would now be proven by the generalizations cited by those who say that it is Sunnah…
In any case, my opinion is that this is from the branch of Fiqh where Ijtihãd is permissible and I do not see that as part of what should cause conflict, difference, and aggression; and for this reason, I therefore do not support Shaykh al- Albani in declaring those who said it as innovators and calling the action a Bid’ah and misguidance in his book “Siffatu salãti nabiyy sollallohu alayhi wa sallam..”
I have mentioned to you my opinion and how I now observe my Salah, it is now up to you to go through the words of the Scholars mentioned in the places which I have referred to and consider their evidence and choose what is correct to you…
May Allah grant you all good fortune.

WE HAVE NO AMEER SHAR’EE IN NIGERIA
In the name of Allah the most beneficent the most merciful, Peace and blessings be upon the one who taught us that every single bid’ah leads to hell fire.
As much as I have wished to avoid talking about this issue however, the over confidence and arrogance of the people of desires is no longer tolerable and they have indeed over stepped all boundaries with ignorance and I fear that I may be dragged on the day of Qiyyãmah and challenged: why did you keep silent?
The Sultan of Sokoto is not the legitimate Imãm (leader) of Muslims in Nigeria and the Muslims in Nigeria today have no Imãm shar’ee (legitimate)! Let those who are pleased be pleased and let those who want to murmur, murmur and those who want to break their necks out of fury let them do so however, the truth is dearer to us than your friendship.
The standard of measuring the truth in this religion of Islam is the Qur’an and Sunnah therefore even if some doctors and professors have said and supported this fallacy, it still remains a fallacy based upon the standards of the Shareeah, we therefore will throw back at them their statements or dump it in the dustbin if they refuse to withdraw it.
The evidence for this stance of ours is the statement of the prophet peace and blessings be upon him:
“إنما الإمام جنة يقاتل من وراءه ويتقى به”
-The Imaam is a shield behind who is fought and used as defence.
[Bukhari #2797 the book of Jihad, chapter: yuqaatalu min waraail Imaam & Muslim, Sharhu An-Nawaawi #1841, book of leadership, chapter: al Imaamu Junnah]
Al-Imaam Ahmad Ibn Hajar commented on this hadith saying:
“Meaning he is a cover because he prevents the enemy from harming muslims and prevents muslims from harming each other, and what is meant by Imãm is everybody who oversees the affairs of people and Allah knows best.”
[Fathul Baari commentary on the hadith of Bukhari referenced above]
Imãm An-Nawãwi commented on the hadith:
The statement of the prophet that the Imãm is a Junnah (Shield) means he is like a cover because he prevents the enemy from harming the Muslims, prevents the people (Muslims and ahludhimah living under the Islamic state) from harming each other and he preserves the sanctity of Islam also, people fear him and avoid his punishment. And the meaning of ‘behind who is fought’ is that we fight together with him against the Kuffar, Bughãt (rebels), the Khawãrij and all other corrupt groups.
[Sharh An-Nawawi ala muslim]
Another pointer is the statement of Imãm Shawkãni in wablul ghamaam:
ملاك أمر الإمامة وأعظم شروطها وأجل أركانها أن يكون قادرا على تأمين السبل وإنصاف المظلومين من الظالمين ومتمكنا من الدفع عن المسلمين إذا دهمهم أمر يخافونه كجيش كافر أو باغ فإذا كان السلطان بهذه المثابة فهو السلطان الذي أوجب الله طاعته وحرم مخالفته
“The essential perquisite, most important pillar and greatest condition for an Imãm is that he should be able to protect the highways, secure justice for the oppressed from the oppressors, defend the Muslims when there is insecurity like an attack from Kuffaar army or an oppressor. If a Sultan is of this quality then, that is the Sultan whom Allah has commanded us to obey and forbidden us from disobeying him.”
We therefore ask these sects of Maftûn doctors and their ignorant blind followers?
If the answer to any of these questions is no, we ask you all to repent to Allah and STOP MAKING FUN OF THE TERMS OF THE SHAREEAH.
Just briefly, I want to preempt the Hizbees who might want to ask: Do you mean that we should remain without an Ameer?
The answer is yes. Indeed Imãm Bukhari had a chapter in his Saheeh which he titled: “What is the command when the Muslims have no Jamãah”
Citing as evidence what the prophet of Allah Muhammad sollallohu alayh wa sallam already made us know in the hadith of Udhayfah that a time will come when the Muslims will lack an Ameer.
“فإن لم يكن لهم جماعة ولا إمام”
What if they have neither a Jamãah nor an Imãm?
The prophet answered:
“فإعتزل تلك الفرق كلها ولو أن تعض بأصل شجرة حتى يدركك الموت”
Boycott all those groups (TMC, TA’AWUN, MSSN, TADOMUN, NSCIA, DEEN COMMUNICATIONS e.t.c) even if you have to eat from the root of a tree.

Someone might ask, how do you explain the statement of the prophet?
“من مات وليس في عنقه بيعة مات ميتة جاهلية”
-whoever dies without an oath of allegiance on him, he dies the death of Jaahiliyyah.
[Reported by Muslim #1851, Sharhu AnNawaawi Kitaabul Imaarah, chapter on the obligation of sticking to the group of muslims, last hadith]
I say, the scholars of Tawheed have explained the hadith and it is not confusing to the students of knowledge except the hizbees.
Sheikh Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisee in his Sharh’ of the hadith, he said:
“The meaning of this hadith is not that it is obligatory on individual muslims to start searching for who to give his bay’ah (oath of allegiance) if there is no Imãm like in this era, … rather, what is meant by this is that a muslim should hear and obey (the legitimate Imãm) and not to revolt against him without a Shariah permission. It is however not compulsory for all muslims to individually pledge allegiance to him or hand shake him personally rather what is meant is to hear and obey.”
[Fatãwa lajnah Shar’eyah #3257]
To be fair to him however, he is the Chairman of his sect: “Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA)” a sect that believes in democracy, gathers all the deviants from the Qur’ãniyûn to the Sûfis, believes Jihad is Mansûkh (abrogated) etc. Without any doubt, this sect falls under the statement of the prophet:
“كلها في النار إلا واحدة”
All of them (sects) are in hell except one (i.e. Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jamãah.
May Allah protect us from these evil sects and make us from Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamãah.
In conclusion, I say:
All I have written is based upon the assumption that your Ameer is a Muslim however, if what some of the people of knowledge have said about him that he is a Sûfi, Democrat, he bows to people when greeting, then, we can categorically say that he is the Ameerul-Mushrikeen.

A Question About The Rules of Zakãtul-Fitr (Jaka)

Assalãmu alaykum to our sheikh Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi. We are Muwahhidûn from Iraq and we love you for the sake of Allah because you said the right word in the face of an unjust ruler. We also expect prayer from you.
As for the question, the Zakãtul-Fitr (Jaka) when is the time of offering it?
And the Saa’, how much is it? (does it equal four full handfuls?),
And with what is Zakãt al-Fitr offered?
Is it permissible for it to be offered with money, and if possible, what is the amount of the money?
And to whom is it given, can it be given to the mujahideen due to the severity of their need for money if only it is permissible to offer it with money based on evidence.
Questioner: Abû Ubaydah As-Salafi
Answer: Praise be to Allah and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. Afterwards Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and may Allah for whose sake you love me love you as well, in it we ask Allah to grant you and us firmness and good end.
Zakat al-Fitr is obligatory for every Muslim and it does not fall except for insolvency (poverty) due to the hadith of Abdullah ibn Umar that:
“the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him imposed Zakatul-Fitr of Ramadan on people, a Saa ‘of dates or a Saa’ of barley; every freeman or slave, male or female. Muslims.”
And this hadith is mentioned in the two Saheeh (Bukhari and Muslim), and others, and mentioned in it are varieties of sustenance at the time of the Prophet peace be upon him.
In the hadith of Abu Sa’eed:
“We used to offer Zakãtul-Fitr with a Saa’ food or a Saa’ of barley, or a Saa’ of dates or a Saa’ of the pickup, or a Saa’ of raisins”.
[Bukhari and Muslim]
The word ‘food’ mentioned in this hadith covers all types of foods, and he specifically mentioned those items in his speech for being their staple food.
In these ahadeeth is a mention of its miqdãr (magnitude), and it is a Saa’ of food; and the Saa’ is the Saa’ of the people of Madeenah because the hadith already suggests that, and also the hadith:
“The scale is the scale of the people of Mecca, and the measurement is the measurement of the people of Madeenah”
[Narrated by Abu Dawood and Nasãi and others from Ibn Umar with a chain reaching the prophet].
As for the Saa’ of the people of Madeenah, it does not cease to be available by the grace of Allah and it is possible for a Muslim to obtain it and use it. And it is estimated by the people of Knowledge to be equivalent to four full handfuls of an average man, and the Mudu is to combine the two palms and fill them.
As for measuring it by weight (kilogram), this is not correct unless if the type of food and the weight of its Saa’ is known, because every kilo of food may vary in size from one another; what is more accurate to say, for example is that, a saa’ of dates weighs a certain kilo, this also lacks enough accuracy due to the different types of dates, of different weights and sizes. The lesson, as preceded is based on measurement of the people of Madeenah and not scale.
As for its time; it is obligatory to offer it before the Eid prayer and from its name zakaat al- fitr, it is clear that it is not obligatory except at the end of Ramadan, If a man dies on the twenty-eighth day, for example, there is no obligation of Zakãtul-Fitr on him because he did not live up to the time it becomes due; There is nothing wrong in gathering it a day or two before Eid as the Companions use to do and then distributing it on the eve (night before) Eid.
Due to the hadith of ibn Abbaas that the Prophet peace be upon him:
“Zakat al-Fitr is an obligation to serve as a purification for the fasting person from idle and obscene talk and to feed the poor, if it is offered before the prayer, it is an accepted zakaah, and whoever gives it after the prayer, it is a kind of charity,”
[Narrated by Abu Dawood and Ibn Majah].
In this hadith also is a reference to the direction to offer it which is the poor.
Ibn al-Qayyim said in Zaadul Ma’ad (2/22):
“It is part of the guidance of the prophet peace be upon him to restrict this charity to the poor, and he does not use to divide it among the eight categories grip by grip nor did he order that, nor did any one of his companions, and none after them, but one of the two views we have chosen is that it may not be offered except to the poor alone, and this position is the most correct compared to the statement that it should be divided among the eight categories ”
In this is an answer to your question that can it be given to the mujahideen, if the severe conditions of the Mujahideen in some parts of the world is of the level that entitles them to what the poor is entitled to, then, there is nothing wrong in giving it to them. If not, it is the exclusive right of the poor people, and Allah provided for the mujahideen from other types of Zakãt..
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said:
“This is why Allah has enforced it as food stuff just as he enforced it as Kaffaarah, and based on this opinion, it is not fed to except those who are entitled to the Kaffaarah and they are those who are responsible for themselves and it is not given to those whose hearts are in doubt or slave nor is it given to others and this is the strongest opinion based on evidence”
[Fataawa, 25 / 73).
In the words of Shaykh al- Islam is also a reference to the necessity of offering it with food stuffs not cash which is correct, even if the poor are better in need of cash, they should be given cash in another time. However, Zakãtul-Fitr should be offered as prescribed by Allah to us in the words of the Prophet peace be upon him. Because Ibãdah (worship ) is a restricted act (Tawqeefiyyah) and as long as the Prophet peace be upon him has mentioned food stuff despite the needs of the poor in his time for cash just as they need it in all eras; Therefore stick to his way and do not leave it and mess around with your Ibãdah depending on the desirability of somebody or amendment of another person, and remember the saying of his, peace be upon him:
“whoever innovates in this affair of ours, what is not part of it, he is rejected”
“whoever does an action that is not ordered by us, he is rejected” .. (i.e. not accepted).

Is it possible for a Rafidi (Shia) to spill one drop of blood to free Al-Aqsa mosque?

For those who allowed the Husainiyat (Shia temples) to open in Gaza, and placed crowns of flowers on the graves of the Ayatollah of Qom!
And for those who know the banner of the Hizb (party) of Satan and applaud it! Ponder and reflect upon these realities…
All praise is due to Allah and peace and blessings are upon His messenger
One of the biggest scholars of the Shia in our time (Jafar Murtada Al Amilee) has written a book called (Where is the Aqsa mosque?) and another book called (The saheeh of the seerah of the great prophet). He claimed in them that the real Aqsa mosque that the prophet saws went to on the night journey (Al Israa wal Miraaj) is in the heavens and not on earth, and that means that the Aqsa mosque that the Muslims are waging Jihad to free is nothing but a fake mosque that has no worth for the Shia and something that shouldnt have blood spilled for! And therefore the Shia finds nothing wrong with the Jews demolishing it.
To avoid any ignorants saying that these are only some beliefs of this individual or the interpretation of this scholar that has nothing to do with the Qom or his Ayatollahs, and has nothing to do with Iran or their policies? We say:
Firstly: the writer of these books that propagate the negligence of the mosque of Al-Aqsa by saying that its in the heaven and not on earth, he received an honoring from the president najad himself and he was awarded with the best book in Iran, so ponder: the best book, and why?
And it was mentioned in the best book (according to Iran and their president), that these ignorants have hope in and travel to their country that: “the Aqsa mosque that happened in the night journey, and that Allah blessed around is in the heaven.” (The saheeh from the seerah of the great prophet) by Al-Amilee (3/106)
And it was also mentioned in it “that when Umar (ibnul khattab) entered Jerusalem there were no mosque at all, and especially not even to be called Al-Aqsa” (the saheeh from the seerah of the great prophet) (3/137) fifth edition 1427H. 2006 AC (the Islamic institute for studies)
And in his book (where is the Aqsa mosque?) he said:” it has become clear to us many facts regarding the Aqsa mosque, and that has been determined that it is not the one in Palestine“!!
Secondly: Al-Amilee did a great effort in adding the quotes of his scholars and the narrations of the Shia that also indicates what he mentioned about the Aqsa mosque being in the heaven. And that it isnt that mosque in Jerusalem that the common Muslims know and yearn to free from the claws of the Jews! And that confirms that this belief is one of the foundations of the Shia and they dont see it as just an interpretation of one single scholar, or a deviation that is unaccepted.
From the proofs they used to say that the Aqsa mosque is in the heaven wat was mentioned in the book “Bihaar Al-Anwaar” by Al-Majlisee: “It was narrated from Abu Abdullah alayhissalaam that he said: I asked him about the mosques that have superiority and he said: Al haram and the mosque of the prophet saws. So I said: what about al Aqsa mosque may I be sacrificed for you, he said that is in the heaven where the prophet (saw) was on the night journey. So I said: people say it’s in Jerusalem? So he said: the mosque in al kufa is better than it.”!! (Bihaar A-Anwaar by Al-Majlisee 90/22) ()
So this is a green light from the Shia and Iran to the Jews to continue their efforts to demolish the Aqsa and build their alleged temple on its ruins.
So which ignorant would after this depend on the Shia, Iran and Hizb Alshaytan (Hizbullah) in their claims to free Palestine and Jerusalem that they are fooling the naïve and ignorant as long as the mosque that the prophet saws went to on the night journey and that Allah blessed around, is according to them in the heaven and not in Palestine or Jerusalem! And as long as the mosque in Kufa, is better for them than the mosque in Jerusalem that they dont acknowledge.
Thirdly: its well known that the Shia give little priority to the 3 mosques that the prophet saws said you only can travel to, but they make traveling to graves of their scholars and to some places in Karbala greater than traveling to the 3 mosques that the scholars of ahlu sunnah see as the only 3 mosques you can travel to, and there are some narrations of the Shia that confirms that, and they are many:
From Abu Abdullah that he said: (“whoever visits the grave of “Al Hussain” on the day of Arafah, Allah will write for him a million pilgrims with al qaaim may Allah be pleased with him, and a million with the prophet saws and he has freed a thousand humans and the weight of a thousand horses in the cause of Allah, and Allah swt will call him my true servant who believed in my promises and the angels will say:so and so is a righteous believer and Allah has purified him from above his throne, and is called on earth as “karobiya”)[Wasail Al Shia10/360]
And their ayatollah Abdul Husayn says about this: “Allah has from his Mercy made the grave of the Husssain an alternative instead of the house of Allah in (Makkah) to adhere to for those who cant make it to offer the pilgrimage, and the reward for it for some of the believers who obey by the laws of the visit is greater than the reward for offering the pilgrimage as it is mentioned by the narrations about this subject.” (Al Thawra Al Husainiyah p.51)
And from Abu Abdullah that he said: “Allah starts by looking at the visitors of the Hussain peace be upon him on the evening of Alarafah before he looks at the people of the stand? He said yes. They said and how is that? He said: because with them are children of fornication, but with those are no children of fornication” (Wasail Al Shia 10/361)
May Allahs curse be upon the transgressors, the children of the prohibited Mutah.
And Al Jafar Al-Sadiq said:” the land under the Kabah said who is like me when the house of Allah was build upon me, and the people come to me from every direction and I was made the sacred and safe place.
So Allah revealed to it stop and reside, what you have been given of grace from the grace of Karbala is only like the needle who was inserted into the sea and what it got from the water, and was it not for the soil of Karbala you wouldnt have gotten any grace and if it wasnt for who was in the soil of Karbala I wouldnt have made you or made the house that you were proud of so stop and reside and be like a humble sin, lowly and despised and dont reject or be arrogant over the soil of Karbala or I would sink you and throw you into the fire of hell.“(Aamil Al-Ziyarat page 270, and Bihar Al-Anwnar by Al-Majlisee 101/190 and its also mentioned in Haqq Al-Yaqin page 145)
And it was mentioned in Alwafi by Alfayd Alkashani in the section about the grace of Kufa and its mosque in the second volume page 215: (“O people of Kufa, Allah loved you like no one else by the grace of your serum from the house of Adam, Noah, Idrees and Ibrahim.. and days and nights will go by and the black stone will be poured here.”)
And it was narrated by Alkaleeni from Abu Abdullah that he said: “verily if the believer goes to the grave of Alhusain on the day of Arafah and had a shower at the river of Furat then went there, he will get by every step he takes the reward of a pilgrimage with all its rulings- and I heard he said: and like a conquest.“(Furoo Alkafi 4/580)
And the authority of the Shia Muhammad Sadiq Alsadr mentioned that the grave of Ali (ra) is better than the Kabah, and therefore the shirk and pilgrimage they perform there is greater to them than offering the pilgrimage at the Kabah, he said:
“there is a narration that shows that Karbala is greater than the house of Allah (the Kabah) and we know that Ali (ra) is better than Hussain as it is mentioned in the narrations so his (Ali) grave is better than his (Hussain) and therefore it is better than the Kabah aswel.” (Almasalah (9) page 5 min kasarat al masail al deniyah wa ajwibatiha/second chapter)
And it was mentioned in the book (Minhaj Alsaliheen) by Alkhoee the bigger authority for the Imams at his time: (its preferable to pray under the sight (in front of their graves) of the aimmah (ra), and he said: its better than praying in mosques and its mentioned that praying towards Ali (ra) is equal to 200.000 prayers.)
And regarding praying in the mosque of the prophet (saws) Alkhooee said in his book: “praying in the mosque of the prophet (saws) is equal to 10.000 prayers.”
So praying in the mosque of the prophet (saws) is lower than the grave of Ali (ra) by 20 degrees.
The Imam of a mosque in the city of Mashhad in Iran their Ayatollah (Ahmad ilm al huda), dared to say that the city of Mashhad should be the qiblah of the Muslims instead of Makkah during the Friday ceremony that was transferred by the Iranian press agency “Faris” because the lands of Hijaz have become a victim of Wahabism, and Iraq is occupied by disbelievers and the extorters so the holy city of Mashhad alone could be the center of the muslims.”
And he added that the city of Mashhad is visited by 800.000 from outside Iran and 20 millions from inside Iran during the year. And he mentioned that Mashhad is considered a spiritual and religious city even before the presence of Imam Ridha the eight imam of the Shia, claiming that the prophet (saws) regarded it as a holy place and an institution for spreading Islamic knowledge.
So if this is what they feel towards the sacred house of Allah and the mosque of the prophet saws, then its no surprise how they feel towards the Aqsa mosque thats in Jerusalem.
And that they announce that they dont recognize the Aqsa mosque in their printed and widespread books, and that their government gives prizes for, that way they give the green light to the Jews to continue demolishing it and building their temple.
Forth: theres still something the reader should know that the prophet saws said what was narrated by Muslim in his saheeh:” The Dajjal will be followed by 70000 Jews of Isfahan having on themselves Persian shawls.”
And the Tayalisa (mentioned in the hadith) is the plural of (Taylasan) which is foreign made Arabic. And it is a garment that is worn on the shoulders and around the body, it is weaved and not cut or sowed and is worn by the Jews of Iran today. And asfahan or parts of it was called yahudiya before due to the Jews living there.
Ibn Hajr said in Fath Albaree: Abu Naeem said in the history of asbahan: Yahudiya was the villages of Asbahan and it was called Yahudiya because it was specifed for the Jews. He said: “and it remained like that until Ayoub bin Ziyad the prince of Egypt at the time of al Mahdi bin Mansour made it Egyptian and let the Muslims live there and only a part of it remained for the Jews.”
And the last information that makes you wonder and surprises you, we will mention that and end with this:
Is what was mentioned by Alkileeni the shii in his book Alkafi from Abu Abdullah that he said: “when the individual that will arrive in charge of the family of Muhammad, he would judge between the people with the judgments of Dawud as.”
So isnt the judgment of Dawud like the judgment of Muhammad saws?
And why would their awaited individual who will arrive by the rules of Dawud and not by the rules of Muhammad saws? A question we want the answer to from their ayatollah Qom and their followers in Gaza and other places.
It was narrated by al numani the author of the book Algheibah:” if the Imam says the athan he calls Allah by his Hebrew name!!”
Strange: as Yahwa is the Hebrew name that the Jews use and is mentioned in their holy book, so I wonder why their Imam calls Allah by this name and not the name that the Muslims use?
The truth about these questions needs an answer, and those who are most appropriate to answer these questions are Ayatollah Qom and their followers everywhere, and for them to patch their answers for these questions.
And our first question remains present: until when will some ignorants remain waiting for the Shia to free the Aqsa mosque! And travel to Teheran! And place flower crowns on the graves of ayatollah Qom! And raise the banner of the part of Satan? And throw themselves on the laps of the Shia?

:::Sheikh Al-Albãni On Obedience To The Rulers:::
#72: “and we do not support rebellion against our rulers even if they are unjust. And we do not curse them and we do not withdraw from obeying them. And we see that obedience to them is part of obedience to Allah and an obligation for as long as they do not give a sinful command. And we pray for their goodness and health.”
I say: And it is crystal clear that this is restricted to the muslims amongst them alone based on the statement of Allah:
“Oh you who believe, obey Allah and obey the messenger and the people of authority from you (you muslims)…”
[Sûratu Nisãi ãyah 59]
However, as for those kuffar colonizer, there is no obedience to them rather, it is obligatory to make sufficient preparation against them in order to overthrow them and clean the land from their filth. As for the bad interpretation of the word of Allah, ‘minkum’ to mean feekum (i.e. from you to mean among you), it is a Qãdiyani bid’ah (started by the Ahmadiyyah people) and a conspiracy of the english people to mislead the muslims and force them to obey Kuffar who are colonizers. May Allah clean them off the land.
